All tenants are required to complete a tenancy application form prior to securing a rental and all tenants will be subject to a Tenancy Information Centre Australia P/L (TICA) check. This helps to ensure the quality of our properties remains at a high standard at all times.

As with any tenancy, there are certain obligations you as the tenant have. A tenance pack outlining all of these will be given to you when you start your agreement.

Some obligations are:-

Rental Bonds - You are required to pay a rental bond when securing a new tenancy. This is usually equivalent to four weeks rent. This money is held in trust until you vacate the property. PLEASE NOTE THAT BOND MONEY CANNOT BE APPLIED TO YOUR RENT.

Rental Payments - Legally a tenant is required to pay their rent in advance at all times. Direct debit will help ensure your payments are made regularly and ontime and also save you the hassle of worrying about the payment. Please contact us for banking details to enable you to set this up.

Rental Arrears - If you experience difficulties paying your rent on time, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.
